Language Audit of Performance Review

Perfode's review language audit alerts the reviewers about potentially inappropriate language in the review. This tool is customizable and allows HR administrators create, update and delete the language terms. The reviewer while writing the review, is alerted on the appropriate usage for these words. Advice rendered to the reviewer is configurable by the HR Administrator. This helps reviewers write legally appropriate reviews and ensures that the review text reflects your organizational values. Perfode's employee performance management system comes with 370 pre set alerts, that can be edited, added to or removed.

Spell checker is avaliable anywhere user enters text. User can click the spell check button, thus ensuring that all the words are spelled correctly.
