Who did what and what did he or she exactly do? Perfode maintains a detailed Audit log of each and every document. Each document profile has an Audit Log section. Audit log records all the changes made to the document starting from the creation of the document. This gives you the ability to go back in time and see  what the document looked like at a certain date and time. Perfode maintains the log for all  document such as Reviews, Objectives, and Performance Notes. Who can view the audit trail is controlled by the permission set for the role. This audit trail can be very helpful if you want to spot the discrepancies in the review process and want to view the entire history of the document. Perfode also provides an audit trail report.
